Do we need a photo of us already kissing?

No. The style poses the two faces in profile itself — you just need a clear photo of you both.

How is it different from the Romantic Palette-Knife style?

This one is a graphic pop-art comic poster with flat color and sharp profiles. The palette-knife style is a thick, textured oil painting of the same moment.

What shape is the finished piece?

Landscape, which suits hanging above a bed or a sofa.
