Who we are
Picture To Portraits is a small independent business based in Torrance, California, operating at 4216 Pacific Coast Highway #1308, Torrance, CA 90505. We are not a marketplace or a reseller: we run the art pipeline, the store and the customer support ourselves, and a real person answers info@picturetoportraits.com.
How your portrait is made
You upload a photo and choose a style. Our system generates your artwork in that style, usually within a minute, and shows it to you at no cost and with no account required.
We are open about the method: the artwork is produced by an image model, then checked by a person before anything is sent to print. We think that combination — modern tooling plus a human looking at the result, at a price a hand-painted commission can't reach — is the honest version of this product. If a piece doesn't look right, we fix it or refund it.
Approved orders are printed and shipped in the USA through our print partners on gallery canvas and other products listed at checkout.
What you pay, and when
Generating and viewing your artwork is free. You only pay if you like what you see and place an order. Prices are shown in full on the product page before checkout — see shipping for delivery times and costs, and refunds & returns for our return policy.
