These terms govern your use of Picture To Portraits. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and place an order.
2. Your photos and our artwork
By uploading a photo, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to create and fulfill your order. The custom artwork and designs we create remain our intellectual property.
3. Custom, made-to-order products
Every item is made to order from your approved preview. Approving the live preview confirms the design, and all sales are final except as described in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment is collected at the time of purchase through the payment methods shown at checkout.
5. Orders and shipping
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at info@picturetoportraits.com so we can try to resolve it.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
