The photo that works best
- Shoot from a three-quarter angle rather than head-on. That is the angle where the wedge head and the ear set actually show, and it is what makes the portrait read as a siamese.
- Even, soft light. A siamese puts a pale body next to dark points, and hard light forces the camera to choose one — usually losing the face to shadow.
- Get the eyes lit. The blue is deep rather than pale, and it needs light to show as blue instead of gray.

- Do you cover seal, chocolate, blue and lilac points?

- My siamese has gotten much darker with age. Is that a problem?
