Shipping & Returns

Production

  • Custom sizes: If you have a specific size or dimension that isn’t listed, contact us—we’ll do our best to help with a custom request.

     

  • Production time: Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days, then shipped.

     

 

 

Cancellation & Order Changes

Change or cancel window

  • Within 1 hour of purchase: You may cancel or modify your order at no extra cost.

     

  • After 1 hour: We can’t guarantee changes or cancellations because production typically begins quickly and your personalized print moves into fulfillment.

     

Address updates

  • Before shipment: Address updates may be possible until the order ships, but only within the same ZIP code.

     

  • Different region/ZIP: We can’t accommodate changes to a new region because orders are routed to the closest production facility to keep delivery fast.

     

 

 

Shipping

Processing + transit times

  • Ships in: typically 1–3 business days after you place your order

     

  • Shipping time: typically 3–10 business days

     

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from the date of purchase

     

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Packages are generally shipped via UPS or USPS, and you can track delivery directly through the carrier.

Delivery timing

Delivery estimates can vary due to carrier volume, weather, and other factors outside our control. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates (unless specifically stated), if anything looks off, reach out right away and we’ll help you troubleshoot quickly.

 

 

Important Shipping Notes

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Providing the correct shipping address is the customer’s responsibility. If an order is marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we can’t offer a refund or reshipment.
 Because these are personalized items, undelivered packages are typically not returned and may be disposed of by the carrier—please double-check your address before your artwork ships.

Lost packages

If a carrier confirms your package is lost, we’ll send a replacement promptly, typically with expedited shipping.

Rush requests

Need it by a certain date? We may be able to prioritize your order. Contact us before purchasing with your deadline and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

 

 

Returns & Replacements

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong size/frame/image, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

To help us resolve it fast:

  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery

     

  • Include photos of the issue and the barcode (if available)

     

Custom artwork (final sale)

All of our portraits are custom-made from the photo you upload, so all sales are final and we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
